ACA International (“ACA”) understands that your privacy is important and it established this “Privacy Policy” for any person using the website (referred to as “you” or “User”) located at www.KnowMyDebt.com (“Website”), so you can understand how we will handle your information. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. ACA may from time to time amend this Privacy Policy which will be accessible on the Website. You agree to any amendments made to this Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Website after such amendment has been made.

The Website is a public website that persons can access without identifying themselves or giving a password, and ACA does not collect personal information.
